1 Introducing Aural Contraception
This first podcast is an introduction to Aural Contraception, and is more an excuse for me to get used to podcasting more than anything else. Nonetheless, it covers:
Podcast 1: Introduction (7 min 48 sec @ 48kbps)
- Copyright and permissions
- Intended audience: The Sanctuary group (you know who you are!)
- Nature of these podcasts (low-fi and gonzo)
- Some geeky technical notes, equipment used, etc.
- Convention: Will always sign off with "podcast ends", so that you'll know whether or not you have downloaded the whole file OK.
- Topic of next few podcasts: Some extracts from the recent ThoughtStormz Symposium!

Well, I have a podcasted response sitting on my phone. I thought the major obstacle now was getting the .wav file off my phone and into an .mp3 format.
But, I now see that it's not possible to post a file as part of a comment - so it appears that I wont be able to post my podcasted responsed afterall.

Try sending it as an email attachment to the email address that I have just emailed to you. I've never tried it, so it may not work.
I don't see why podcasts can't be in .wav format...

On second thought, email the file to me and I'll post it.
Can the iPod play .wav files? And can it treat them the same as mp3 etc.?
I guess they'd be pretty big to download.
